Role : Sales Director - Automotive
Location: Greater London and Berkshire
Package : Up to £100k basic plus Bonus.
Our client is an award-winning dealer group representing some of the best OEM’s in the sector.
We are currently looking for an engaging, talented, and highly motivated Sales Director to run a portfolio of dealerships across multiple locations.
This role demands clear leadership, to lead the division and drive sales performance through inspiration and motivation. Working at a strategic level you will drive the sales strategy across all locations.

Your experience
To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Automotive Sector. For this role you must have the following: -
- More than 5 years of management experience at a senior level in the automotive industry with demonstrable experience of leadership and management
- A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices.
- Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
