The Role

This is an excellent Sales Director role, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The Sales Director will use their experience working in the Chemical raw materials industry, experience developing sales plans and identifying new markets and experience within a management and leadership position to build and manage a brand new team within the business, as well as identifying new markets to develop into.

The Company

The Sales Director will join a fast growing chemical supplier start-up, providing key materials to their clients . The Sales Director will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern in place is hybrid remote with a minimum of one day in office per week. There will also be occasional travel required to meet with customers.

What’s Required?

The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

• Strong experience developing sales plans and identifying new markets and opportunities.

• A deep understanding of and experience working in the raw Chemical materials industry is essential.

• Management and leadership experience is vital, with any additional professional qualifications in management being beneficial

• Experience working with CRMs and ERPs is also beneficial.
