This is a franchise opportunity for one individual who will be awarded the region of Leeds area as the local Sales Geek.

Sales Geek is one of the UKs best, and fastest growing; Sales Training, Consultancy, and providers of Part-time/Fractional Sales Directors in the UK and USA.

This role is to join an organisation as a franchisee, incorporate your own business and which requires an upfront investment. You will operate the area of Leeds by delivering Sales Geeks products and services, from fractional sales leadership and training to the SME market in this city.

Hiring a Sales leader is a big deal for any company, particularly for small or medium-sized businesses, it is critical that they get it right. A Sales Director’s salary can be prohibitive, particularly if they want the absolute best sales leaders with significant experience and a great track record in sales growth; Usually, the most talented sales professionals end up in large corporate organisations, typically being paid a salary beyond the reach of most businesses. The work you will do will transform your client’s sales operations and the people within it and behind them.

Using our flexible – ‘consume what you need’ – model, you will act as their VP of Sales / Sales Director. You will have access to all the Geeks in the background and our HQ team who are all available to support you in various disciplines, from people training to e-Commerce, Marketing, Strategy, Process and Development, and beyond.

For most businesses, it usually means 1-3 days per month. For others, you could be working with them once a week or more. A typical contract length is 6-12 months and beyond.
