Salary + Benefits: £25,000 – £38,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Review design specifications, blueprints, and other technical documents to assess project scope
- Analyze materials, labor, and other costs to prepare accurate project estimates.
- Utilize pricing databases, historical data, and industry benchmarks to inform cost calculations
- Identify potential risks and opportunities to optimize project profitability
- Present cost estimates and pricing strategies to clients during sales meetings and negotiations
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and pricing information
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and related documentation
- Continuously evaluate and improve estimating processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
About You:
- Proven experience as an estimator in a manufacturing or construction environment (DESIRED)
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
