SalaryIVS Group Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team at Anfield Stadium, Liverpool L4 0TH(Taylor Swift Concert). As Sales Event Merchandise Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing the concert experience for fans by selling a range of exclusive merchandise items.
Event Dates: Monday 10th June to Saturday 15th June.
Working hours: 8-10 hours per day
Pay rates depending on age.

Job Duties:
- Count stock items before and after the event.
- Display stock on selling units.
- Sell merchandise at the start of operating hours.
- Process transactions using the cashless payment system.
- Interact with enthusiastic fans and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly notify team leaders or managers when
- stock is low.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the merchandise area throughout the event.
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Skills:
- Affinity for music and live events.
- Prior retail or hospitality experience is beneficial, but the most important thing
- is a hardworking, positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to communicate confidently and clearly with customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise boxes when required.
