Description
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Provide accurate reports and forecasts for the sales department.
- Maintain an understanding of the company's products and services.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback.
- Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
Profile
A successful Sales Executive should have:
- A degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
