Salary on offer - £25,000 to £28,000 basic plus uncapped commission

Your main duties will be;
- Reaching targets (i.e how many calls to make per day)
- High productivity on call times and outbound calls to meet the minimum criteria.
- Ensuring that customer satisfaction results in repeat and expansion of the business.
- Consistently maintaining an innovative and professional approach to all prospective clients.
- Confident and professional telephone manner and ability to build a strong rapport.
- Working with the Director to maximise customer opportunities.
- Provide sufficient information about the courses and its benefits.
- Ability to achieve targets in productivity and results.
