- Deliver a speedy response to customer enquiries who are seeking to purchase our fantastic new and used vehicles, by managing enquiries through all channels including digital, phone and walk-ins with a consultative approach.
- Provide customers with an unrivalled level of customer service from qualification to handover.
- Develop and maintain your knowledge of the MINI products and models through brand and group training.
- Maintain the high standards of MINI and Dick Lovett group.
