This role is mainly warm calls and taking inbound calls, no cold calls..
Responsibilities:
Managing current Customer Accounts, mainly warm/active customers (no cold accounts)
Generating business via inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries
Managing the sales process from start to finish
Retaining records of all calls, conversations, and sales leads on CRM
Good organisational skills to manage own workload
A proven record of proactive sales experiences along with hitting targets
Handle customer queries & complaints
Listening to customers needs to generate repeat sales
Creating quotations and confirmations of orders on CRM software
Skills Required:
Must have previous sales experience (6 - 12 months)
Able to build customer relationships
A confident and personable attitude
Good attention to detail
Active listening skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Effective team working
Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines would be essential
Salary £24k + Bonus (paid out monthly - £300-£900)
