BASIC SALARY: Up to £ 30,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:Sales Executive, Technical Sales - Air Compressors, Industrial, Engineering
As our Junior Technical Salesperson, you're going to become an expert in the Air Compressors industry. We'll invest our time and resources to ensure that you fully understand the Air Compressor products and marketplace. You'll spend time with our experienced sales staff to build your business development skills and with our highly skilled engineers to expand your knowledge of our wide range of products.
You'll receive the guidance of our Managing Director to target new business areas and get out in the field to enhance your sales skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales Executive, Technical Sales - Air Compressors, Industrial, Engineering
As our Sales Executive you'll:
· Understand our clients needs and provide them with some the best air compressor and additional equipment on the market based on their requirements
· Support the sales team to generate new business to increase our revenue and provide excellent aftersales support
· Work closely with all departments within the business to continue growing your knowledge of the business and the air compressor market

As our Sales Executive you'll likely be technically minded and have a background or interest in engineering, whether that's professionally or personally we don't mind. You'll have some sales experience, and it'd be ideal if it was within a technical discipline, but the nature of your experience isn't essential. Ultimately, we're looking for a Sales Executive who's ambitious, willing to learn and build a successful career for themselves.
As our Sales Executive you'll:
· Be willing to learn from the years of experience around you
· Have the drive to maximise our uncapped commission incentive
· Understand the importance of great customer service and building and maintaining relationships
THE COMPANY:
We're a well-established company, celebrating over 60 years of trading. We supply an extensive range of air compressors, vacuum and pneumatic systems into a wide range of markets. We also offer service packages to ensure our customers are running at maximum capacity. We're a small family business, but we're looking to grow!
