Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 with a good company benefits package available.
This role would suit someone who is customer service focused is used to dealing with queries and resolving issues and processing orders that involve a high level of accuracy , problem solving & client interaction.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries and placing orders, whilst trouble shooting anything relating to orders for key customers
- Collaboration with internal and external departments (worldwide) to improve quality of service and ensure client retention
- Involvement with marketing activities as well as invoicing and general administrative tasks
Confidence and efficiency with telephone calls is key as well as good attention to detail, IT skills and the ability to work within a busy team.
