Overview of the Sales Executive:
The primary function of the Sales Executive is to sell customer freight solutions on behalf of the business. The position will involve a high volume of cold calling and new business prospecting as well as customer interactions, customer service and account management.
Responsibilities Include:
Proactive in initiating sales calls to prospective or current clientsProspect for leads and perform cold–calling to build a pipeline of businessesSupervise accounts daily to retain existing relationshipsResponsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriersResponsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targetsRelationship building with clients and prospectsNurture new sales leads to secure businessResponsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clientsCarry out research to identify companies not currently doing business with the organisation
The successful Sales Executive will have:
