Role: Sales Executive for Get A Drip Pharma
Location: London Head Office - Canary Wharf (with travel to Pharmacy in Letchworth and UK wide travel as required)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to help shape and drive forward our sales strategy for our exciting new online Get A Drip Pharmacy venture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers an exciting and unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our Pharmacy, as well as growing your career in this standalone role which in time has the potential to evolve into a more senior sales role, heading up your own successful sales team.

Having administered over 150k+ services by our motivated skilled team, we are extending our mission of making optimal nutrition accessible through our ongoing expansion plan of new owned locations, franchise locations and pharmacy wholesale distribution.
Key Responsibilities of the role
- Business Development: Identify potential clients for our online Pharmacy; Drive new business generation; Achieve sales targets based on pre-defined KPIs.
- Customer Success: Respond to customer queries; outreach to flagship customers to identify potential growth opportunities; Seek opportunities for improvement.
- Sales Process: Collaborate with the Marketing team to propose marketing campaigns and initiatives to help grow the brand; Define and continuously improve the sales process.
- Manage lead data using CRM tools, such as Hubspot, tracking all activity.
- Work with the Pharmacy team to form a strong link between the production and re-sell of pharmacy products.
What we’re looking for:
Experience:-
- 2-3 years minimum of working in a similar sales or business development role/s
- Proven experience of working towards a sales quota and surpassing it
- Have worked in a customer-facing role
- Experience of working in a start-up or scale-up environment would be an advantage (but not essential)
Skills and Qualities:
- Self-confidence and good relationship building skills
- Comfortable cold-calling and able to think on your feet
- The ability to adapt and change as we constantly improve our business
- To be a highly motivated individual, hungry to success and be the best
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the credibility to represent our brand with new and existing clients
- First class customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
- A desire to grow your career in sales
- An interest in the health and wellness industry
Working Conditions:
Based in our Head Office in Canary Wharf, with travel to Pharmacy in Letchworth and UK wide travel as required.
About the benefits
- A competitive basic salary of £25,000-£30,000 (Dependent on experience).
- OTE £55,000-£60,000 with uncapped commission once targets are met. Commission will be paid on a quarterly basis.
