Sales Executive

Join a very well known home improvement company as a Sales Executive. They're willing to invest in training ambitious people who want to kick-start a career in sales.

THE JOB:
Overall you will convert company issues leads into customers so that you reach agreed targets and hit commission. You will achieve this by:
- Using your own car you will drive to customer appointments.
- Meeting customers at their home to develop relationships and understanding their needs.
- Take basic measurements to produce formal proposals for customers to consider.
- Close business, take deposits and provide paperwork for processing.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- A desire to be successful in sales.
- Flexibility to attend appointments over a wide geographical area and at different times of day.
- Must have driving license and car.
- Customer-focused, with a creative mind and an eye for detail.
- Results-driven and motivated to exceed targets.
- Good organisational skills.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £23,000 basic salary.
- Commission taking OTE to £53,000.
- £3,500 car allowance.
- 25 days holiday + public holidays + birthday off.
- Pension.
