Job description

Our Client are a Leading Telecommunications company specialising in Cloud telephony, IT and Security.

Based in the beautiful site of the Whiteley Business Park, you can enjoy working in a location that offers you shopping, restaurants, walks or relaxing by one of the lakes with your lunch.

The position we have is for a Telemarketing Executive to join the team and help them grow the business by building relationships with new customers and booking appointments for the field sales team.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

  • Following a mixture of warm and cold leads
  • Selling products and services to both new and existing customers
  • Continually build a pipeline of new business, upselling and cross selling at every given opportunity
  • Booking appointments with decision makers across our U.K territory
  • Hitting team and individual targets
  • Information gathering
  • Diary management
