To support Sales Manager across Global CHW, European Agents, Franchise, and In-house UK RTW independents in the day to day running of the department, both in and out of the selling season.
A successful Sales Executive candidate will have proven experience in a similar head office position, with excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisation skills. The role is ideal for someone looking to take their next step from an assistant role.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a wholesale role Ability to plan, multi-task and work under pressure Excellent Excel skills and previous experience of internal computer systems – ideally Zedonk & Joor.
- Strong understanding of sell through analysis
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
- Experience working with stock
- Experience working with clients
- Ability to forward think and plan ahead
- Good industry knowledge and insight
- Excellent problem-solving attitude coupled with tenacious drive to achieve results
- Positive attitude with a ‘can do’ work ethic
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Sales Manager across all accounts and agents
- Work together and assist on strategy and targeting
- Organise market calendar and be present in appointments
- Order entry for market and re-orders
- Assist with showroom organisation
- Assist on reporting
- Admin support in and out of season
- Work closely with finance and logistics to ensure timely payments and deliveries
- Store research and training trips
- Work on sell-through analysis and re-order opportunities
- Participate in weekly calls with agents
- Work closely with external agents to ensure all processes are running smoothly
- Respond quickly and professionally to all customers
