The ideal candidate will take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities, whilst delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and above all, an outstanding customer experience. Previous retail or automotive experience is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Sales Manager.
- Achieving profit and volume targets.
- Maintaining above national average for Customer Experience Programme and Mystery Shops.
- Managing all enquiries by use of contact online and Manufacturer systems.
- Ensuring accurate completion of all documentation.
- Assisting the team to ensure the showroom presentation is second to none.
- Deliver first class leading customer service with every interaction.
- Drive the performance of New, Used and Finance related sales.
- Adhere to all manufacturer programmes.
- Actively promote the high standards of the company at all times.
Hours - The role is full time 5 days a week including Saturdays with a day off in the week.
Salary - Basic £20k with realistic OTE of £35k + company vehicle after probation period + workplace pension scheme + opportunity to attend Manufacturer events including experience days.
