Job Description:
As a Sales and Lettings Executive in Dubai, you will guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. You'll leverage your knowledge of the local market to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and deliver top-notch customer service. This role is office-based in Dubai and includes property viewings and client meetings both in and out of the office.


Responsibilities of Sales Executive:



  • Engage with leads generated by the company through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

  • Support clients in the buying, selling, and leasing processes with expert advice and guidance.

  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and facilitate closings.

  • Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and legal requirements to offer accurate advice.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry peers.

  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and contribute to the company's success.


Requirements of Sales Executive:



  • Experience in customer service, sales, or business development.

  • Keen interest in learning about Dubai’s real estate market.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to lead generation and deal closure.

  • Ability to cover flight and initial relocation costs to Dubai.
