Sales Executive
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive/Business Development Manager for an electrical wholesaler in the New Forest area.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the industry to be able to deal effectively with customers face to face and over the telephone and be able to drive. The focus of the role will be dependent upon the particular skills and experience of the candidate.
The role:
Increase the turnover and profit of the branch through the development of both existing and new business. This involves calling on regular spending accounts, re-contacting and activating dormant accounts and cold calling potential new customers.
• Deliver excellent personal service either face to face or on the telephone and build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues and suppliers to focus on the achievement of long term customer loyalty.
• Use various sales and marketing techniques to open and develop new accounts as well as maintaining existing customers.
• Contribute to the effective operation of the business through active participation in activities such as local promotions.
Salary up to circa £35k depending on experience, company car, bonus scheme, pension.
