We are working with a fantastic agency who are recruiting for a number of sales professionals to join their fast-growing team.
With February being their best month ever and with the spring and summer months being some of the busiest in the fashion world, they are only going to get bigger and better.
We are looking for hard workers who are resilient, who can represent their customers and book them into jobs with new and established fashion brands.
The role comes with huge earning potential with uncapped commission and clear pathways for progression!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast paced, sales focused role.
You will be given a portfolio of c.150 brands and contacts within those brands. Your initial communication will be to ascertain that they are the correct person to be speaking to and ensure you have the correct contact information for them.
Often there are several contacts per brand, so they are looking for experience in business development as it will involve independently conducting research via Google/LinkedIn to identify additional managers within organisations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and building relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identifying and understanding client’s needs
- Investigating and researching to secure the right contacts within an organisation
- Sending digital books to clients with available models to fulfil their requirements.
- Booking models to shoots and building rapport to gain repeat bookings.
