New opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Negotiator to work on sites across Yorkshire. This is a full time, permanent position working Thursday - Monday.
Working for a rapidly expanding premium builder, the post holder will:
- Provide outstanding customer service, managing all customer enquiries
- Achieve sales in line with targets
- Promote panel of independent mortgage advisers and solicitors to ensure an efficient customer service and achievement of company timescales
- Complete all administrative tasks in line with policy and timescales
- Undertake market research within the new and second hand housing market
- Maintain excellent working relationships with site staff
Experience Required
Sales within the housing sector is desirable
Good IT skills
Remuneration
£24,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on experience + commission.
