Sales Executive / Sales Consultant - The role
We re seeking to add a Property Sales Manager (PSM) to the team.
As a PSM you ll be managing a portfolio of properties up and down the country, taking our customers on the sales journey- from the day they go to market to the day they sell. No two days as a PSM are the same so if you re looking for variety, read on.

Negotiating offers on a portfolio of properties, you aren t afraid of tough conversations, ensuring we represent the best interests of our customer. Qualifying prospective customers and arranging viewings, showing an interest in their requirements to ensure you both highlight and upsell the appropriate features of the property. Gathering market intelligence and advising our customers on the best course of action to achieve a sale. Upselling additional services such as mortgage advice, recommended solicitors, and lettings. Keeping on top of all developments and administration related to your portfolio and inputting them into the CRM. Sales Executive / Sales Consultant - What excites us
Experience- Previous experience in a high street or online Estate Agency would be highly advantageous. We d also be interested in candidates with a proven track record in sales or a background in the legal or conveyancing industry. Sales- Natural sales ability and a strong commercial understanding of the UK property market. We offer uncapped commission for a reason- we want to see you do well! Communication- We need friendly and outgoing people who have a genuine interest in others who can show empathy and professionalism at what can be a very stressful time. Customer Service- a customer first attitude with a commitment to providing the best possible outcome on their behalf. Autonomy- We need individuals who can work with little supervision, with a genuine new business focused approach to each and every viewing.
