What you will be doing:
- Achieve set targets and sales objectives, and accomplish maximum profitability from vehicle and accessory sales.
- Chasing up on the progress on sold orders and using the database for customer follow-ups to maximise sales
- To appraise, verify and negotiate the purchase of part-exchange vehicles
- Ensure all relevant technical, product, legal and promotional information is obtained and understood
What we need from you:
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- Previous industry knowledge is preferred
- The ability to listen, understand and interpret customer needs, building loyalty and repeat business
- Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
- Motivation and determination to meet and exceed set minimum standards
- Proficient IT skills, including MS Office Packages

44.25 hours per week Monday to Saturday rota
