Sales Executive

A well-established organisation based in Cookstown, are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their team.

This is a Full-time, permanent position.

Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-8.30pm, Saturday 9am-1pm (additional day off during the week, every other week)

Wednesday and Saturdays are compulsory. Will consider a four and half day week for the right candidate.

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 +bonus (dependant on experience)

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in sales is essential.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with a proven sales record with the one company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
