Sales Executive - Recycling Machinery

basic salary £32,000 (neg) OTE £40k+

Based: Dungannon County Tyrone, with UK travel.

LWS Services are proud to be the chosen recruitment partner of an award-winning leading manufacturer of Industrial recycling machinery. Due to expansion, there is now an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Executive to join their rapidly expanding sales team in Dungannon.

Role & Responsibilities:

The role is based from the companies head office in Duncannon, Northern Ireland, with the expectation of traveling to customer sites throughout the UK

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the UK recycling industry, with the support of the technical team you will offer bespoke, innovative and customer focused solutions to current and prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within the waste/recycling industry.
• Proven experience of successfully winning new business opportunities
• Sound commercial acumen and experience of negotiation, influencing and a proven ability to close commercially sound deals.
• The curiosity to develop an in depth understanding of our products, the evolving marketplace and the customers’ needs.
• Must have some financial literacy to understand the different financing packages available to our customers.
• Demonstrably excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is desirable.
