Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive your role is to support clients by ensuring timely assessment of customer requests, customer financial checks and help customers with queries and putting together contracts.

Duties:

• Building relationships with other sites who send through customer requests
• Processing requests in line with company policy ensuring information is accurate
• Always ensure excellent customer service
• Manage complaints and direct to relevant person
• Ensure documentation held on file is accurate
• Use the database and internal system to input data

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role or customer service position where you have worked to targets
• Strong communication skills
• Experience building relationships with customers
• Available immediately to start a new role
