Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for a New Home Sales Advisor to join our client in West Lothian area! This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary and an opportunity to work with a dedicated and driven team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of the site and sales complex, delivering outstanding customer service, guiding potential purchasers through show homes, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Duties:
- Conduct sales presentations and tours of new homes to potential buyers
- Provide information and answer questions about the features, benefits, and pricing of homes
- Assist buyers in selecting the right floor plan, upgrades, and options for their new home
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of homes and address any buyer concerns or requests
- Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, and other necessary documents
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and inventory availability
- Follow up with prospective buyers to nurture leads and close sales
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills to manage paperwork, schedules, and customer information
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and new home construction process is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet sales goals
