Sales Executive

A great opportunity for an experienced telesales, business development or Sales Executive to join a FTSE 250 financial services company in Brighton who offer a great range of benefits. This outbound business development role has a competitive basic salary and lots of commission earning potential once you have built a pipeline of sale.

Job duties:

• Working in a small team within a large organisation, not in a call centre
• Outbound B2B telesales to generate appointments for the field team
• Making around 100 outbound calls per day
• Developing relationships with business contacts
• Approximately 2–4 hours call time a day focusing on quality conversations with key contacts
• Converting inbound sales leads
• Liaising with the field sales team
• Checking through contact data
• Conducting follow up emails and associated admin

Skills and experience required:

• Previous outbound B2B sales experience
• Experience of high volume outbound calling

This is a full time permanent opportunity and will be fully office based in Brighton working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The basic salary is dependent on experience but up to 27,000 plus commission.

Candidates will need to complete a DBS check, credit check and 5 years employment references, to be undertaken by the employer.
