What you’ll be doing

• Building and closing a pipeline of clients
• Using a number of outbound tools to increase Nine2Five’s customer base
• Communicating Nine2Five’s value proposition to prospective customers by identifying pain points with their current providers
• Building confidence and expertise in HR Software across the team by sharing knowledge to maximise the number of acquiring product customers
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets (KPIs) set by management

What you'll need

• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales
• Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
• Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in the full sales cycle
• A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience in a software sales environment
• Working knowledge of the UK SME market
