What you’ll be doing
- Building and closing a pipeline of clients
- Using a number of outbound tools to increase Nine2Five’s customer base
- Communicating Nine2Five’s value proposition to prospective customers by identifying pain points with their current providers
- Building confidence and expertise in HR Software across the team by sharing knowledge to maximise the number of acquiring product customers
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets (KPIs) set by management
What you'll need
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales
- Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
- Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in the full sales cycle
- A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture
Nice to have
- 1+ year of experience in a software sales environment
- Working knowledge of the UK SME market
