The Vacancy:
Leeds Federated is continuing to develop new housing which offers value for money for the organisation and is affordable for our customers. We are committed to delivering 1,500 new affordable homes over a ten-year period.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Leasehold Officer to join our Sales team and be an integral part of delivering our shared ownership sales programme. The main purpose of this role is to provide sales and marketing to our home ownership products (predominately shared ownership) working with our internal team and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies for our sales units
- Providing a knowledgeable sales service to our customers
- Assist with providing a good defect service to our customer
- Appoint and manage consultants
- Liaise and communicate with internal and external customers
- Ensure accurate record keeping
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be a strong communicator who can liaise effectively at all levels
- Have experience of working in a Customer focussed (ideally sales) role preferably within a Housing Association, private developer or similar ie Estate agency
- Have knowledge of the Development Process and/or experience of working with contractors/Housebuilders
- Have experience of creating and implementing marketing strategies
- Have a flexible (organised) approach and work under own initiative
