Sales Ledger

Juice is delighted to be supporting a reputable and high-end Bath based organisation, with their search for a Sales Ledger to join their established team.
We would love to see someone who is professional in their approach and who can actively contribute to the smooth running of a Sales Ledger.
This role is situated within a friendly and helpful team. Based a short walk from Bath City Centre, out-of-town parking is provided with a hybrid working model. AAT study support and training may also be provided.
DAY TO DAY:
• Managing & reconciling customer accounts.
• Allocating payments, resolving invoices, and delivery queries.
• Getting proof or delivery, stopping accounts where appropriate.
• Providing administration support for customer accounts.
• Chasing debt via phone or email and taking payments over the phone.
• Highlighting and investigating exceptions and variances where needed.
• Preparing plans in line with company policy.
• Preparing files for litigation where needed.

• Previous experience in a similar role
