Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Rotherham area as they look to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk into their team on a full time, permanent basis. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Raising of the Company's sales invoices and credit notes
- Ensuring the above invoices are accurate with regards to date, quantity, value, details, currency, analysis and VAT treatment
- Ensuring the above invoices conform to customers specific requirements
- Ensure cash is collected in a timely manner
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of VAT legislation relevant to the Sales Ledger function
- Credit card reconciliations
Person Specification:
- Previous experience within a Sales Ledger environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Able to work as part of a team
