The role is to join a fast-growing company on a 12-month basis based in Leeds. The client is looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team to support with processing invoices, credit notes, and payments in order to meet hard deadlines.
Description
Duties will include but will not be limited to: Assisting with the credit control function and chasing debts, Dealing with invoice queries and resolving issues, Checking and posting invoices to ledgers daily using automated systems, Manual production of invoices when there is a system failure, Assisting with month end where required, Allocating and posting cash receipts, Collecting payments over the phone, Preparing Franchise revenue reports for major accounts weekly.
Profile
- Be immediately available or on a 1 week notice period
- Be able to get to the Leeds site 3 times a week
- Have previous experience in transactional roles
- Be able to communicate well in a team
Job Offer
