Sales Ledger Clerk - Mold - Hybrid work schedule

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and the internal business to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Sales Ledger process.

Job Spec:

• Managing the day-to-day Sales Ledger.
• Issuing invoices in a timely and accurate manner in line with instructions from our Project Managers.
• Liaising and communicating with internal teams and customers to resolve any queries.
• Reconciliation of customer statements.
• Setting up of new customers in the Accounts system ensuring company processes are adhered to.
• Proactive management of Debtors.
• Produce monthly Revenue reports.
• Daily bank reconciliation.
• Assist the Purchase Ledger clerk during busy times in the month.
• Assist the wider Finance team with any ad-hoc queries.

Person spec:

· Experience working within a similar role

· Good IT skills

· Excellent communication skills
