Job description

NXTGEN have an immediate requirement for an Sales ledger Clerk to join a fast paced and high-profile business on an initial 12 month contract. The organisation are continue to go from strength to strength and the successful candidate can expect to play a key role in managing the daily operations within the Sales Ledger function. This role will support the wider Sales Ledger team and ensure all payments are accurately tracked and reconciled within the system.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Generate weekly auto invoice runs
  • Manage un-invoiced levels on a weekly basis
  • Generate Sales Ledger and nominal GL journals
  • Provide transactional back up for the Sales Ledger team
  • Assist and deliver Ad hoc projects

The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience in a similar role within a high volume and fast paced environment. Good systems knowledge are also desirable combined with an excellent attention to detail. Candidates will ideally be available to interview and commence work at short notice and will be willing to commit to the full duration of this contract, there is potential for the role to become permanent after the initial 12 months.

Salary £24'000 - £26'000 depending on experience.
