A long established Manufacturing Company are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their business at their premises in Arbroath.
This is a permanent role. This is to provide admin and accounting support related to the activities and operations of the business.
The ideal Sales Ledger Clerk should be well-organised with good time management skills. It is extremely important to main a personable and approachable demeanor to deliver a high standard of customer service, as well as being flexible & adaptable.
The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:
- Reception Duties,
- Filing,
- Photocopying,
- Scanning,
- Laminating,
- Sorting Mail
- Order Processing
- Credit Control
- Sales Ledger Maintenance
- Exports & Imports
- Transport Quotes & Bookings
- Sales Reports & Graphs
- Petty Cash Support
- General Housekeeping
- Aid in Planning of Company Events
Any other duties as required
