Your new role
As a Sales Ledger controller your duties will include:
- Full ownership of the Sales Ledger, performing start to finish processing, daily transactions of invoices, cash receipts
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Submission of remittance advice
- Proactive credit control, ensuring payment terms are adhered to
- Variance reporting
- Query resolution
- Collaborating with other finance departments ensuring the smooth running of finance functions.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have excellent knowledge and understanding of the Sales Ledger function. You will be able to take full ownership of this and hit the ground running. Good knowledge of MS Excel would be desirable. Looking for someone to start fairly quickly, so if you are on a short notice period or immediately available, that would be ideal.
