Ardmore are looking fora Sales Ledger Manager to provide Accounts support to theFinancial Director by reconciling Client accounts
What you’ll be doing:
·ClientInvoicing – Ardmore & LK Communications
·CreditControl – Ardmore & LK Communications
·AllocatingClient payments, bank lodgements
·EnteringSupplier purchase orders onto the system
·Posting Supplierinvoices to the Purchase Ledger and resolving any queries
·Enteringnew Clients & Suppliers onto the system
·Printingspace orders, draft invoices, final invoices; sending to Client and filing
·Providingweekly and monthly reports for forecast figures
·Managingand reconciling petty cash
·Cashreceipts reconciliations
·Creditcard reconciliations
·Travelexpenses for Directors
·Bankreconciliations
·Maintainingstationery stock levels
·Holidaycover for Sales Ledger Manager and Purchase Ledger Manager
·Receptioncover as required
·Anyother tasks deemed necessary by the Financial Director

Essential
Qualifications/Attainments
Educatedto at least GCSE O’ Level in English and Mathematics.
Relevant Experience
Atleast 2 years experience as an Accounts Assistant.
ITliterate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
