Our client is looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join their dynamic sales team. You will play a key role in driving growth and profitability by securing new business opportunities, both nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
- Identify and pursue new business prospects within the synthetic ropes sector
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and engage with potential customers
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Represent company at national and international exhibitions
- Be prepared for occasional travel to meet clients, attend industry conferences and explore new markets
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven track record in similar Sales / Business Development role
- Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients
- Ability to devise and implement effective business development plans
- Thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace new challenges
- Based in or willing to relocate to Worcestershire
