SalarySales Manager
Our client, a leading provider of Office Supplies, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to join their Finglas-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing team of Sales Account Managers from the ground up, servicing an existing client base, while generating new business opportunities and developing the sales cycle to continue business growth.

The Ideal Candidate
If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:
- 3+ years' experience in a Sales Manager role or similar
- Possess a commercial mindset with experience in B2B markets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Confident in forecasting and pipeline management
- Prior experience managing of telephone-based sales team highly desirable.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with management to implement new processes to further team growth.
- Daily monitoring of team performance.
- Complete weekly forecasting and management reports
- Ensure that all KPIs for prospecting, quotations and closed sales are met.
- Building and developing a high-performing, target-driven team of Sales Account Managers
- Onboarding of new team members
