Sales Office Manager - Dublin 22 - Permanent
Salary: €50k - €55k DOE

Here at Manpower, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Office Manager on behalf of our client one Ireland's leading Sports & Fitness Equipment retailer. This role will oversee the administrative functions of our sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating sales activities, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Office Manager will work closely with the sales team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and seamless communication within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks within the Sales Office.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Maintain organized filing systems for sales documents and records.
- Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
- Schedule and organize sales team activities, including travel arrangements and event planning.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Generate reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts as needed.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales staff on administrative procedures and best practices.
- Monitor the quality and accuracy of sales documentation and correspondence.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent Business Acumen
- Prior experience in a sales environment or knowledge of sales processes is a plus.
