What you’ll be earning
Earn a competitive salary (£45,000 - £65,000) plus uncapped commission, paid monthly. Just like Jack, who joined us two years ago, you can aim to earn over £100k annually.
Jack's journey with us led to him building his own house and becoming a part-owner of your company. Your ambition can shape your future here too by being eligible for share options within 3 years.

What you’ll be doing
Make a Significant Impact by Leading a new product division, where your strategic decisions will directly influence growth.
You’ll be tasked with creating a robust account base, driving your division's expansion across the UK.
50% of the time you’ll be focused on new business development, with the other 50% focused on account management.
As your division grows you will be given the ownership to develop and manage a sales team.
Where you’ll be working
Your company is a manufacturer of FMCG products which was established in 2018, and has seen remarkable growth, growing to £15m in 5 years with the goal of growing to £30m by 2028.
They have established themselves as a premium brand within their market and have landed big players such as Royal Mail, British Airways, Tesco and Sainsburys.
What experience do you need to apply
All you need is at least 3 years of sales experience, enjoy hunting for new business and be happy to travel to meet customers.
