Salary: OTE GBP50k

Position: Permanent Full Time

An established Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Southampton area is seeking an experienced Sales Managerto help build the sales team and increase the business share of this well-known and highly visible brand.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in estate agency and extensive experience under their belt; they will also be an instruction winner who is energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build up a quick rapport with the clients.

The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years previous experience in Estate Agency and be looking for a career changing role. Knowledge of the Southampton area would clinch the deal!

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Manager/ Lister role will include:

• Previous residential sales experience essential
• Some management experience beneficial
• Experience in valuations and gaining instructions essential
• NFOPP qualification a benefit (not essential)
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Southampton and surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
