We are seeking Sales Manager with a flair for sales, a bubbly personality, and strong managerial skills to lead our office-based sales team in the UK. As the Sales Manager, you will report to the General Manager and play a crucial role in supporting and motivating the sales team. Day-to-day of the role:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Lead and mentor the sales team, inspiring and motivating them to achieve individual and team goals.
Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team.
Collaborate with all departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
Monitor customer performance and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Conduct regular reviews and one-to-one sessions with team members.
Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role.
Extensive experience in B2B sales, consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
