Form of workMy client, a family run, privately-owned property development company, are currently looking to hire a Sales Manager for a new site they have starting up in the Northamptonshire area before moving over to head office for other developments later in the year
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Sales Director
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the sales process on site to ensure that all targets and objectives are achieved in accordance with specified timescales and budgets whilst maximising profit through the effective management of the sales team.
- Achieve sales budgets and targets for each development you are responsible for.
- Support, manage and motivate the sales team.
- Implement sales inductions and provide continual training, coaching and support to Sales Advisors.
- Oversee site presentation and ensure this is maintained to the correct standard at all times.
Experience:
- Housebuilding experience
