The Role
- Account Management of existing business customers for further investment opportunities
- Chasing Leads and qualifying appointments for sales
- Very proactive and reactive position
- Generating own leads
- Building relationships with estate agents for property portfolios
- Full training is given.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a unique partnership with key customers to enable an understanding of requirements.
- Monitor and create your call plans to generate new business opportunities.
- Work with and understand internal stakeholders’ roles within the business to support your understanding of the business and position.
- Work with Marketing to target new business opportunities.
Skills Required
- Previous experience working in a sales vacancy
- High-Value client experience
- Confident & presentable communicator
- Excellent IT skills – CRM Experience would be valuable.
- Highly organised and the ability to multitask.
- Reactive and Proactive approach to tasks required.
