We are looking for a Sales Manager (Fleet Aftersales) to inspire the TrustFord Pro Sales team to deliver. The successful candidate will have proven Sales / Aftersales Manager experience and will lead a team to meet and exceed all relevant KPIs and provide an effective FordPro solution for a range of customers through supporting and developing Fleet Aftersales Executives and working alongside our National Fleet Sales Team. You'll maximise opportunities with Fleet customers by introducing them the TrustFord Fleet 360 offering inclusive of Moblie Servicing, Aftersales SLA’s, FordPro pillars and implementing Fleet Customers on a National basis. With a big personality and excellent people skills, you'll demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm. Although a weighty challenge in itself, this role is just the first step on a journey that could take you as far as you want to go. Are you a team player?
