Sales Manager – Print Management
£negotiable DOE + Car, Commission
UK Remote
Due to internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Salesperson; a natural hunter who has a real drive and successful background in prospecting and new business development.
As the Sales Manager, you will be based in the UK, use your outgoing personality and passion for all things creative and print to generate new business sales opportunities through networking and prospecting.
In return, you will work for a vibrant industry leading business, one that genuinely looks after its staff and has a track record of promoting from within. You will be supported in every way possible (not in a micromanaging way!) and will not be limited in the sectors or markets you can target.
Your duties will include:
- Cold calling and prospecting with potential client targets and sectors
- Winning and attending the first appointment/introductory meeting with a potential client opportunity through to conversion to a new client win
- Using CRM for sales development and marketing purposes
- Attending networking and sales events to increase the company profile
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales turnover and margin targets
- Maximizing the cross-selling opportunities to new prospects across the full product and service offering
Experience in full tendering process and/or pitch presentation particularly in the contractual B2B environment is highly advantageous.
Please note: all candidates must have a sales background in the Print Management, marketing services solution sell or agency.
