An experienced and driven Sales Manager for the Southern Region is needed to join and grow our team at Kontroltek within the south, a leading industrial electronics repairs company on a full-time basis.
The role is remote (work from home), but you must be able to easily visit key clients in the South of the UK as well as developing and expanding our external and internal sales team which is your region as well having the opportunity to grow to more senior levels within the business.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and successful Sales Manager with an exceptional proven track record to develop sales ideally within the Southern areas of the UK. The ideal location of the successful candidate would be based along the M4 corridor between Bristol and Reading.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and account management strategy to achieve sales targets whilst expanding the market presence within the region
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and industry research
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management
- Consistently hit sales targets, goals, and company objectives
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, competitor analysis and emerging market trends
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Required Experience:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally selling to manufacturing companies
- Strong knowledge of the region (South West / South East) and the ability to leverage existing and new relationships
- Demonstrable track record in lead generation and negotiation skills
Required Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Consultative in your sales approach, adding value throughout the sales process
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- A high level of Emotional Intelligence that underpins your ability to develop and nurture customer relationships
- Willingness to travel within the region and the UK
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a UK Sales Management Team
