European Sales Manager – Music Instrument Industry
Location: Leeds with Worldwide Travel
A key player in the music instrument industry. I'm on the lookout for a motivated European Sales Manager to expand my client's presence across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement plans to grow market share in Europe, identifying new business opportunities.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers. Be the main contact for major clients.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product range. Provide training and support to the sales team.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports, optimising sales performance.
- Trade Shows: Represent the company at industry events to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales management experience in the music instrument industry, focusing on Europe.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the European/Middle Eastern market.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to travel across Europe and Worldwide regularly.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 of successful Sales Management experience.
- Interest in Music/Be a Musician.
